The Michael Grandage Company and Headlong have report that they will present the world première of James Graham’s new play Labour of Love, starring Martin Freeman and Sarah Lancashire at the Noel Coward Theatre from 15 September to 2 December 2017. Described as a "razor-sharp political comedy" Labour of Love reunifies writer James Graham with director Jeremy Herrin following their preceding collaboration on the Olivier Award-nominated play This House which not long ago played a five-star season in the West End. The Michael Grandage Company and Headlong present the world première of James Graham's new play Labor of Love at the Noel Coward Theater for an entirely constrained season. Martin Freeman and Sarah Lancashire star in what is depicted as an extremely sharp political satire about the Labor Party, set in the gathering's customary northern heartands where the conflict and gap between gathering logic, class and culture couldn't be more isolated. The creation reunites author James Graham with Headlong Artistic Director Jeremy Herrin taking after their past joint effort on the National Theater and West End hit play This House.
