Premiered at Sundance Film Festival in January, 2017 Flying Lotus has reported his introduction highlight film Kuso will be released this summer. In a progression of tweets, the producer/filmmaker uncovered that he has transferred the film distribution services, saying he "practically lost his brain" making the motion picture and guaranteeing fans that physical duplicates would be made accessible down the line. “Sacrified lots. Learned plenty,” one tweet reads. “I hope some of yall like it... It's finally done(-ish).” Exact dates and details on the film’s release are “coming soon.” Portrayed as “semi-connected short films chronicling the lives of the mutated women, men, and children of Los Angeles,” incorporates such sights as a man having sex with a woman’s talking boil and George Clinton birthing a giant cockroach from his anus. Kuso, which stars Hannibal Burress, Tim Heidecker, Anders Holm, Iesha Coston, Zack Fox, The Buttress, and George Clinton, debuted in January at Sundance, where an "expansive piece" of the group of onlookers left the film early (maybe the scenes of an erect penis being wounded and the closeups of a man peaking inside a talking bubble on a ladies' neck were excessively for a few). by Dejan Stojkovski
